Ignite Accounting and Consult Ltd is a successful accounting and consulting firm, offering tax preparation, audit and assurance, business advisory, accounting and book-keeping, payroll, employment consulting, budgeting and costing, loan analysis, product management and marketing, financial education classes, financial policies development and review accounting software setups such as QuickBooks among others.
The business will offer clients accounting, auditing and consulting services with the oversight of an experienced accountants at a price they can afford. To do this involves hiring additional accountants, tax preparers (staff accountants) and accounting managers, . It will also need to keep fixed costs as low as possible and continuing to define the expertise of the company through its financial education courses . The effects will allow sales to grow substantially over the three years; deployed our staff strategically to clients, as needed.
Our Objectives:
Ignite Accounting and Consult Ltd seeks to launch two new lines of services to add to its individual and small business tax and accounting firm. They include financial education classes and a manufacturing leasing service, which will be offered to the same ongoing clients and to its new client base.
Ignite Accounting and Consult Ltd has set the following objectives:
- To launch its services across South Sudan by 9th January 2020
- To achieve substantially greater annual revenues within three years
- To provide excellent accounting and financial management services in South Sudan
- To provide services across the geographical areas of South Sudan within three years
